Operator and acceptance

TrackMyBite is operated by TrackMyBite LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate Messaging Terms apply to TrackMyBite Arrival Alerts.

Purpose of the service

TrackMyBite provides information and operational tools related to independent mobile food vendors. Information about arrival, schedule, availability, menus, prices, and services may change and is not guaranteed.

Independent vendors

Participating vendors are independent businesses responsible for their food, pricing, permits, transactions, service, and conduct. TrackMyBite does not endorse or guarantee a vendor merely because it participates in the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse enrollment codes, automate unwanted messages, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, attempt to discover private routes or stops, or use TrackMyBite to harass a customer, vendor, or employee.

Intellectual property

TrackMyBite names, logos, site design, and service materials are owned by or licensed to TrackMyBite LLC. You may not copy or use them in a misleading manner.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TrackMyBite LLC is not responsible for vendor conduct, missed or delayed notices, carrier failures, route changes, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
