Messaging Terms
TrackMyBite Arrival Alerts.
Effective September 3, 2026
Program operator and purpose
TrackMyBite Arrival Alerts is operated by TrackMyBite LLC. It provides recurring automated informational text messages about the arrival and limited service status of mobile food vendors selected by subscribers. Participating vendors do not operate the messaging program or receive subscriber mobile numbers.
How to enroll
Read the program disclosure displayed at a participating vendor and scan its TrackMyBite QR code. The QR opens your messaging application with a destination and enrollment code already entered. Review the message and voluntarily tap Send. Scanning alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
You may receive up to three messages per week for each vendor-and-stop subscription. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. TrackMyBite does not charge a separate fee for arrival-alert texts.
STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again or reply START. Reply HELP for assistance, visit trackmybite.com/support, or email support@trackmybite.com.
Delivery and availability
Arrival information may be delayed or inaccurate because of network, device, location, route, or operator conditions. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and devices may change.
Privacy
Mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in the TrackMyBite Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with participating vendors, third parties, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
