TrackMyBite Arrival Alerts
A recurring automated informational text program operated by TrackMyBite LLC for customers who request arrival updates about participating mobile food vendors.
How customers consent
Customers read the disclosure displayed on a participating vendor's tablet, scan its QR code, review the prefilled text in their own messaging application, and tap Send. Scanning by itself does not enroll anyone. TrackMyBite sends an immediate confirmation identifying the program and explaining frequency, carrier charges, STOP, and HELP.
Who sends and supports the messages
TrackMyBite sends every program message and provides all messaging support. Vendors cannot see subscriber phone numbers, compose messages, export contacts, or call or text subscribers through TrackMyBite.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with participating vendors, third parties, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
